1. Book an appointment. To ensure all brides will receive quality service and 100% attention from a personal bridal consultant, gown fitting in our bridal shop is by appointment only.
2. Come in for a consultation. Whether you know what you like for your wedding dress or just started your style exploration, our professional bridal consultant will guide you to your dream dress and work with you through out the whole process.

3. Purchase the gown. Found that perfect wedding gown of yours?! Purchasing process is very easy at miLA! We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, debit cards, and etc. You will get your receipt and a time card to remind you of your fitting dates.
4. Measurement & First fitting. Once after you purchased your gown, our in-house professional seamstress will take your measurements, then we schedule a first fitting for you to come in and try on the wedding dress as soon as it arrives.
5. Alteration. If alteration is required, our seamstress will advise what kind of work should be done and the time frame for finishing of the garment.
6. Final fitting. Your bridal consultant will contact you to come in for a final fitting once after the alteration is finished.
